Food Production: Seafood Division
CFT Capitals is pleased to announce that we are entering into the seafood processing
and distribution business. Our main products will be lobster and oysters.
Fresh Lobster
Who doesn't love lobster? We will be sourcing our product from the US and Canada
on the Atlantic side. Mostly we will be packaging for wholesale distribution in
the US, Asian and European markets.
Fresh Fish Processing
We will have the ability to process fish as needed.
We will deal in mostly Atlantic Salmon but also other local species.
Our fish distribution will also span the USA, Asia and Europe.
Local Restaurants
We are planning to open a chain of local restaurants to serve fresh caught
oysters and some local fish. The key ingredient will be "fresh caught". We
will buy our product directly from the local fishermen as they come into the
harbor. It doesn't get any fresher than that!
